It shows the time my order was started. My order was meant to delivered at 16.40 and it only arrived at 17.35. The food is always good but I am annoyed at the time you have it ordered when I ordered at 15.45 an hour earlier???

I usually love this chippy, food is usually always great, however a little disappointed tonight, ordered Fish and chips, and the chips never came, they did fetch them when I called them, however by then the rest of the food was cold, also the chicken wings were cold and hard, and couldn't eat them ????
